 • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

 • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

 • Courier partner delays

3. Shipping Charges
 • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout
 • Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied as per campaign terms



4. Order Tracking
 • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/details will be shared via SMS/Email
 • Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided details



5. Delivery Issues
 • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply
 • Millz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving issues



6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
 • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery
 • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours as per our Return & Refund Policy
