Return & Refund Policy – Millz

Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy for all food items.

Returns

• Food Products (including muesli, mixes, snacks, etc.):
  Returns are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Non-Food Products (Coconut Bowls):
  Returns are only applicable in case of damage during delivery.

Damaged Product Claims (Coconut Bowls)

To be eligible for a refund:

• An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package
• The video should clearly show that the product was received in a damaged condition
• The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

• Once the damage claim is verified, the refund will be processed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days
