Returns are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons. -
Non-Food Products (Coconut Bowls):
Returns are only applicable in case of damage during delivery.
Damaged Product Claims (Coconut Bowls)
To be eligible for a refund:
- An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package
- The video should clearly show that the product was received in a damaged condition
- The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
- Once the damage claim is verified, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days
